Yes, you can reach us on 058 595 99 99 from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

Does NewCo contact the fiduciary's customers?

No, on the opposite, we ask our partners not to provide any contact details of NewCo. Contact is made directly between NewCo and the partner.

Does the fiduciary benefit from preferential conditions?

Yes, a discount of CHF 50.- per creation request is automatically applied. Valid for LLC and LTD creations (CHF 440.- and CHF 540.-). One signature legalization is included, each additional legalization costs CHF 50.-.

Is there an agreement or contract to sign?

No, you can create a professional account for free, and make requests whenever you like. The account is free and there are no requirements on the number of requests you can make.
